Friends of KVS

Welcome to the Friends section of the web site. We are dedicated to raising money to help the school.
Events and meeting dates will be posted in the school diary section of the website, with further information available on Parentmail.
Our PTA is a registered charity and is about much more than purely fundraising. The PTA is a brilliant way to bring staff, parents, and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal. All parents are welcome to join us at our half termly meetings, to get involved as much or as little as you wish, it is fun too – just ask any of the committee members.Friends of Kennet valley are conscious of our school ethos, “one family learning for life on a journey towards our potential” so all our events are affordable and open to everyone to enjoy. Some events make no funds at all but are designed to enhance the child’s experience of Kennet Valley. We would love to see you at our next meeting, check out the school calendar for details, we welcome new ideas, money makers and friendship makers, whatever skill you have to offer, baking cakes, digging and weeding, climbing ladders, setting out marquees or doing the best BBQ around, we hope to see you soon.
