Welcome

kennet valley schoolI feel very privileged to be the Headteacher of this lovely village school, set in the heart of the beautiful and historic North Wiltshire countryside. We are based in the village of Lockeridge on the Marlborough downs, and are a Voluntary Aided school based within the Salisbury Diocese. We have around 80 children on the roll aged between 4 and 11 (from Reception to Year 6) across four classrooms.

Kennet Valley is a very special school and we welcome everyone with a smile. Please take a look at our Early Years Prospectus if you have a pre-school aged child and would like to find out more about us.

We work to develop confident, caring, forward thinking children who will go on to flourish in their chosen paths in life. Visitors always comment on how welcome the children make them feel, so please do contact the school office to arrange a visit.

I am honoured to work with passionate teachers and TAs, and to work with a governing body who are committed to moving the school forward, whilst keeping the strong Christian ethos that we have. We strongly believe that all children should feel valued and work to ensure that children leave the school at the end of Year 6 as confident happy individuals.
